It's shocking to learn this..

I am glad he is ok and thank God for this as he has saved him as at that particular moment he just moved out of his seat

God always present in different forms and this is one form. I always have faith in Him and He always look after family.

School should not be carrying out repais when class is on.

May be the Principal should be giving an explanation for this disaster that got avoided very narrowly.

Thank you! You’re absolutely right, it’s a relief — and indeed a miracle — that he is unharmed. I like to think Dad was looking out for him that day 🙏🏼 I must say, the school have been very prompt and diligent in their response and care to ensure the safety of their students.

Thank you, Malavika! I'll never forget the moment when the penny dropped and I realised how serious it could have been. It was such a freak accident and no one's fault, but gosh we were so relieved he wasn't hurt.

There is nothing like a near disaster, or a disaster to shake us up and remind us exactly how short life can be.

I'm so glad your boy was not at his desk when the ceiling let go.
